Much has be written about core message, target market and ideal client and sometimes it can be very difficult to find but here is a nice example that I use in seminars with people:

I do this for ________________ (Who)

Who need _________________ (Problem/Situation)

By doing this _______________ (What)

And you know where most stumble?
